The Camp Organizer Staff app is part of the Camp Organizer App Trio which consist of 3 Apps: CampOrganizer – Staff (COS), CampOrganizer – Parents (COP) and CampOrganizer – Admin (COA).
Our goal is to automate routine administrative tasks so you can focus on the activities and contact with children.
The functionalities include:
- Pre-registration of kids/participants
- Acceptance of bookings
- Safe storage and access to critical information

- Organisation of daily activities
- - Creation of activities
- - Presence control start and end of kids (making sure all kids are there) during activities like games/sports, day trips
- - Creating of games and competitions and keeping scores
- Managing and sharing of pictures/videos/media with pre-authorized family members
- Push notifications to parents with updates about daily activities
